At TourMyHoliday, we are committed to providing transparent, reliable, and well-organised travel experiences. By confirming a booking with us through our website, phone, email, or any official channel, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Booking & Confirmation

A reservation is confirmed only after the agreed-upon advance payment has been received. The remaining balance must be paid within the timeline shared at the time of booking, generally 7–15 days before departure. Failure to complete payment within the specified period may result in cancellation of the booking. Confirmation vouchers and final travel details are issued after full payment is received.

Payment Policy

Payments are accepted via bank transfer, UPI, debit/credit cards, and approved payment gateways. All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Any bank charges or gateway transaction fees are the responsibility of the traveller.

Pricing & Service Changes

Tour costs are based on prevailing fuel rates, accommodation tariffs, and government taxes at the time of quotation. In case of changes beyond our control, such as tax revisions or supplier price adjustments, the final price may be updated accordingly. If a confirmed hotel or service becomes unavailable, we will arrange a similar alternative of equivalent standard.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@tourmyholiday.com. Refund eligibility depends on the notice period before departure. Cancellations made well in advance may qualify for a partial refund as per policy, while cancellations closer to departure, no-shows, or unused services are non-refundable. Payment gateway charges are non-refundable. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Force Majeure

TourMyHoliday shall not be held responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, landslides, extreme weather, road closures, political unrest, strikes, or government restrictions. In such situations, we will make every reasonable effort to reschedule or provide suitable alternatives wherever possible.

Traveller Responsibility

Travellers must provide valid identification documents and accurate personal information before departure. Travel insurance is strongly recommended, especially for high-altitude or adventure trips. TourMyHoliday is not liable for loss of personal belongings, theft, injury, illness, or risks associated with travel and adventure activities.

Accommodation & Transportation

Hotel check-in and check-out timings are governed by the respective property policies. Vehicles are allocated based on group size and terrain requirements. For shared departures, seat rotation within vehicles may apply. If necessary, alternative accommodation of a similar category will be provided.

Itinerary Modifications

Requests for changes in travel dates, destinations, or itinerary must be communicated in advance and may incur additional charges. Last-minute modifications are subject to operational feasibility and cannot always be guaranteed.

Code of Conduct

Travellers are expected to behave respectfully and follow instructions from tour leaders, drivers, and staff. Any misconduct, illegal activity, or behaviour that endangers others may result in removal from the tour without refund.

Adventure Activities

Activities such as trekking, rafting, camping, and helicopter services involve inherent risks. Participation is voluntary and at the traveller’s own discretion. Certain special services may have separate cancellation and refund policies.

Taxes & Additional Charges

GST and other applicable government taxes will be charged as per prevailing laws. Optional activities, extra meals, room upgrades, or additional services requested during the trip will be billed separately.

Media & Promotional Use

Photographs and videos captured during tours may be used for promotional purposes on our website and social media platforms. Travellers who do not wish to appear in promotional material must notify us in writing before the trip begins.

Limitation of Liability

TourMyHoliday’s total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking. We are not responsible for indirect losses such as missed flights, business interruptions, or personal financial losses. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Uttarakhand, India.
